CruiseMagic’s deepest discounts are our “Buy On-Line” prices. These cruises must be bought online to be guaranteed these prices. If you request to speak to a Live Cruise Agent, the same discounted rate that you see online may not be available.

When buying a cruise very close to the sailing date, cruise documents may only be available for “Pier Pickup”. If documents are being mailed, you will be receiving them about 7 to 10 days before your sailing. Cruise documents will not be sent out of the country and you will have to pick up your documents at the pier.

To purchase a cruise online you must be 21 years or older.

No price adjustments will be available after buying a cruise online.

You will receive a confirmation email that lists all of the information regarding your cruise, including confirmation number, cabin number (if assigned) and port information. Travel insurance is not automatically included with your booking. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please check your documents when you receive them. Call us immediately if you have any questions or if they are incorrect. Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. A change in travel plans or booking of any kind could result in the supplier demanding additional money at the time of the change. Each carrier, transportation company, cruise line, tour operator, hotel, wholesaler and service provider may have its own cancellation policies. Cruisemagic does not determine these policies. Receipt of this invoice is an acknowledgment that the cancellation policies of each provider have been explained. In addition to any cancellation fees imposed by provider, Cruisemagic will charge $50.00 per cabin cancellation fee if the cabin or reservation is cancelled in full and not rebooked immediately.
